Fiancée of the late Aaron Hernandez had asked NFL player about gay rumors

The fiancée of the late Aaron Hernandez had heard the persistent gay rumors about the former NFL star.
So she asked the convicted murderer, who committed suicide in prison last month, all about it.
‘I asked him if it were true,’ Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez tells Dr. Phil in a new televised interview. She said he replied ‘that it wasn’t.’
She adds: ‘I had no indication or any feeling that he was [gay]. He was very much a man to me. I don’t know where this came from.’
The mother of Hernandez’s four-year-old daughter denies that one of three handwritten letters Hernandez left was to a boyfriend he had in prison.
An attorney for Souza Baranowski Correctional Center inmate Kyle Kennedy, 22, held a press conference this month and described his client as a ‘close friend’ of the late New England Patriots player.
Attorney Larry Army Jr. said Kennedy would eventually reveal the ‘nature and extent’ of his relationship with Hernandez and demanded that the third suicide letter be turned over to his client. reported that the two men had requested to share a cell.
But Hernandez’s lawyer had denied the third letter is for Kennedy and that they had been lovers.
Hernandez, 28, was serving a life sentence after being convicted in the 2013 murder of murder of Odin Lloyd, a semi-professional player who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.
The week before he died, Hernandez had been found not guilty of the 2012 double homicide of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado.
